Well, I did what I said I was going to do. I went to work, can home, took care of the four legged kids and then took care of myself. However, it didn't feel like I was. The pain, being out of breath, muscles shaky just didn't seem like all that. I thought getting some sort of exercise in your life gives you more energy. HAHA I am ready for a nap. I can't stop yawning.
I stuck through it anyways. I just kept pushing myself till the end. Afterwards, I felt kinda strange. It was like I was having a mild case of motion sickness. Didn't know where it came from and it lasted about an hour. I had plenty of water today so I know I am not dehydrated. Something is telling me that I am going to be feeling this workout for the next couple days. I just hope to start seeing some sort of results in the next few weeks. I also plan on getting a pedometer soon. I am interested in learning how many steps I get in a day.
My diet so far today wasn't that bad. I stayed away from the sweets
(so far) and I had my nasty glass of V8 which I made gone in less then 10 seconds, had some fruit as well. And for some reason I am still hungry.
Nothing going on with the little one today. So I don't have to play taxi drive tonight. Yippie!
